Established in 1989 by Tom, Jeff and Mike Brenk, Brenk Brothers Inc. is a precision machining company that utilizes CNC milling, turning, and wire EDM equipment extensively in the production of customer designed parts.  We also have in-house laser part marking.  We specialize in providing our considerable experience with the engineering and development cycle of prototype parts and complete assemblies for our customers.   We operate both VMC and HMC milling centers.
 

We have the capacity to achieve the repeat and longer run requirements of our customers.  We excel in the development of prototype designs by offering cost reducing suggestions while maintaining or improving function and manufacturability. Our facility is fully staffed to provide support in all aspects of machining your parts. Our inspection department utilizes DCC coordinate measuring machines.  The newest CMM, purchased November, 2005, has scanning capability. 

Our quality procedures are based on ISO-9001. We are currently working towards ISO-9001 certification to be completed in early 2008.  Brenk Brothers Inc. is routinely involved in close tolerance work on machined parts (less than .0005").   We can also provide complete assemblies of these components, including wiring and testing as required.   We are experienced in using SPC where applicable.  We offer in town delivery on our products and we ship internationally.

FACILITY:

64,000 ft² prestressed concrete building.  We have approximately 50,000 ft² shop, 3,500 ft² assembly area, and 2,000 ft² office.  The balance is currently warehouse and staging areas. The entire facility is air conditioned with separate environmental controls in the Quality Assurance area.

Generally, we work with high-tech companies that are related to new technology applications. We combine shop capabilities and background with our customers’ needs to help develop the most efficient designs possible.  We have built components for computers, business equipment, printing, medical, aerospace, and defense industries.  Customers include: Seagate Technology, Xyratex, 3M Company, Deluxe Check, General Dynamics, Alliant Tech Systems, Medtronic, Inc., Cirrus Design Corporation, and Cordis (a Johnson & Johnson Company). These companies and many others have partnered with us in our efforts. We are interested in sound expansion into new areas and applications.
